ABOUT THE INSTITUTE:
IIFIN offers its clients in the Gulf region comprehensive professional and non-professional development programs, as well as certification programs in finance and investment. Additionally, the Institute offers consulting services to clients across a number of investment management areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for the management, development and delivery of professional development programs in finance, investment, accounting and related topics
-Accountable for the coordination, development, and implementation of all related training programs at the IIFIN
-Ensure programs effectively match the professional training needs of clients
-Client management and business development
-Role requires the management of a staff of junior trainers
-Management of a portfolio of investments

EDUCATION/DESIGNATIONS:
-Undergraduate degree required (Commerce/Finance preferred)
-Professional designation or near completion (CFA, CMA, CGA, CA, CPA)
-MBA (preferred)

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
-Minimum of three years of adult training experience preferably in the delivery of professional programs, or teaching in a post-secondary environment (college, university), or an appropriate combination of industry and post-secondary experience
-Knowledge of the development, delivery and evaluation of professional programs as well as the accreditation process is essential
-Enthusiastic and committed individual who has highly developed communication/presentation skills and a passion for developing professionals
-Strong analytical and problem solving ability
-Independence and a reputation for building positive, long-term relationships
-Experience with corporate training and/or professional program (CFA, CMA, CGA, CA, CPA) design and delivery
-Coaching and mentoring experience and exposure to international cultures are preferred
-Demonstrated ability using MS Power Point, Excel, Word, and Access

LOCATION:
This role serves clients predominantly in the middle-east region specifically Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Qatar.
